Office / Finance Manager - Doncaster
We are seeking and experienced office/programme manager to help manage a restoration project starting in May 2019. The ideal candidate will have some finance experience and be confident when dealing with data.
The post holder will need to have good administrative and project management skills. They will need to have a good aptitude for budget control and financial management and will need to be able to quickly learn the digital filing and record keeping system operated in house.
The idle candidate will be able to: - Keep up to date records of expenditure against budgets and accurately interpret the financial situation of the project, against a number of programme headings. - organise meetings for the Programme Board and Steering Group, as well as prepare and circulate agendas and minutes -ensure a secure and accurate audit trail of expenditure documentation, and staff time recording against the programme. -Work with the Programme Manager and others to organise the last two remaining stakeholder events, for up to 6o people. -Provide support and assistance to the Programme Manager in advance of, and during, both the internal and external end-of-project Auditing processes
The role has an immediate start date and will run till September when the project has been completed.
The role is full time, 37 per week, and the hours of work will need to fall in between 08:00/09:00am - 16:00/17:00pm. A DBS will be required before the role commences. £10.92per hour.
