Education Authority Northern Ireland are seeking a Programme Support Co-Ordinator for their Belfast office.
Working with the Research & Development Officer, the Programme Support Administrator will provide administrative, establish and maintain effective procedures for collecting, recording and presenting data to support the monitoring and evaluation of programme, and develop and maintain effective communication including online support.
Duties will include operating as the first point-of-contact and priortising access to the Programme Manager, providing advice and assistance to Education Authority Officers, customers, the public, and other professionals in respect of the programme, and providing support and guidance to pre-school settings to enable effective delivery of their programme plans.
Candidates must have
EITHER NVQ Level 3, BTEC National, 2 A Level or equivalent qualification as recognised by the Education Authority;
Have a minimum of two years' experience in an administrative context including general office duties;
Have a minimum of five years' experience in an administrative context including general office duties in an administrative role.
The rate of pay for this role is £10.70 per hour and the hours of work are 0900-1700 from Monday to Friday.
