Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have a background in high level administration? We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Programme Support Officer for a well established public sector organisation based at Newburn Business Park. If successful, your responsibilities will include:
-Coordinate all activities involved within the management of speciality training programmes across the North East.
-Provide complex administration services to specialities and schools and sub-committee meetings and workshops (may include elements of minute taking).
-Point of contact for both trainees and trainers.
Information/Data Management and Reporting
-Provide support in the management of the business planning process for designated schools.
-Ensure accurate information and data is captured on relevant spreadsheets and databases.
-Maintain and monitor information regarding Doctors in training, programme applications, educational supervisors and mandatory training.
-Create and analyse project information and reports.
-Communicate effectively with management and doctors in training.
-Write content and maintain information on schools websites.
-Assist with monitoring financial expenditure, raising purchase orders and ensuring invoices are processed quickly.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
-High level and complex administration experience
-Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
