Based in Wellingborough, hybrid working (flexible)
Monday to Friday 37 hours

24 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays
£46,155 - £55,161 per annum

This organisation prioritises its people and has a positive and supportive workplace culture. They are also going through very exciting changes with all outsourced HR, Finance and Recruitment being brought back in house to make processes more efficient.

Purpose of the role:

To drive improvement and strategy in the work of the Joint (Police & Fire) Finance department in delivering good governance, practice and compliance with the control environment.

You will be a qualified accountant or working towards a full CCAB qualification, must be excellent at report writing and working with confidential information. There will be strict deadlines and the need for organised and analytical thinking. This organisation has a diverse and inclusive culture and a high level of awareness around diversity and inclusivity is important to this role

You will be required pass a police vetting check before you start in this post. The vetting process takes approx 6-8 weeks but can vary.
