You will be supporting Managers to ensure projects run smoothly, supporting build managers to ensure site data is maintained and accurate
Responsibilities within the role will include:
Prepare standard documents for Build managers (BM) at point of instruction.
Office administration to support and enable the building of Mobile Base Stations
Liaising with build Manager and Project manager to ensure dates for project Milestones are maintained in data base.
Upon site completion, ensuring handover documents are prepared for Managers to review and complete.
Ensure site documents are prepared in advance of site activities to enable Project Managers to have to review prior to sites commencing.
To communicate regularly with Build Manager to ensure site data is maintained and accurate.
You should be able to adopt a flexible approach to supporting other areas when necessary. Work largely unsupervised, but happy to contribute to team performance; suggesting improvements to working practice where possible.
You should have a previous background within administration, if this has been within the Telecomms industry, this will be a distinct advantage. However they are open meeting with keen graduates.
We are really looking for someone who can make a huge impression with a view to them developing to the stage where he or she could progress within the company after a couple of years.
The hourly rate is between £9.20 - £10.25 dependant on experience. This is a temporary contract with the possibility it may become permanent.
