Job Description
We are working a Health Care provider who are looking for a Project support Administrator.
Full Time 37.5 hrs per week. Mon-Fri No weekends/Bank Holidays
Temporary 3 months+
Remote Working - Meetings held once a quarter in the office.
Duties include:
Maintaining and updating Professional Portfolio and Professional Development Plan.
Undertake courses and other activities to satisfy continuing professional development requirements.
Be able to work independently and manage own workload to make effective use of time and resources and working to local and national standards.
Participate in Annual Personal Development Review process
Work flexibly and undertake other duties commensurate to the grade as required Skills.
Ability to demonstrate previous experience of working on projects and programmes
Ability to provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information and present this in an easy to understand format
Must be able to use initiative and ability to make decisions when required and/or know when to escalate difficult issues working to tight and often changing timescales
Evidence of ability to support the delivery of medium/large sized projects
Able to prioritise and manage own workload with limited supervision
Good organisational and administrative skills
Contribute to the performance and governance strategies for projects through the provision of strong administrative and organisational support
Routinely present data and information in a clear and professional manner
Possess the ability to work unsupervised and implement planned work to agreed timescales.
