Job Description

We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to work for our client with NHS England. This is a long term temporary role.

Location: Leeds City Centre

Pay: Starts at £9.28 per hour rising to £10.31 after 12 weeks

Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Overview:
The post holder will provide administrative and secretarial services; including for example, the preparation of agendas and minutes, acting as PA to Deputy Director(s), managing diaries, arranging meetings and organising travel. The Administrator is responsible for supporting the team with the tasks and activities required to complete projects e.g. gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for the head of department, teams and the department.

Key responsibilities include:
-Sorting and prioritising all incoming mail and e-mail
-Acting as point of contact for the team, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from stakeholders and passing on relevant information to appropriate team members sensitively and autonomously
-Taking telephone calls for others in the department when they are out and using own initiative when dealing with telephones calls and messages
-Collating reports
-Checking and sending invoices for payment
-Ordering stationary and consumables for the department, ensuring they are kept securely
-Developing and maintaining electronic filing systems
-Preparing agendas, taking minutes as well as producing and distributing notes of meetings

Skills required for this role:
- Must have project management experience
- Experience in minute taking and preparing agendas
- At least 6 months administrative experience
- Ability to work in a team an independently
- Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel etc)
