Job Description

We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to work for our client with NHS England, in Leeds City Centre.

Project Administrator
Location: Leeds City Centre
Pay: Starts at £9.28 per hour rising to £10.31 after 12 weeks
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

As Project Support, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and clinicians across the Medical Records Redaction Team of the PCS Service Management Team within the Transformation and Corporate Operations Directorate to oversee the delivery of high quality primary care services across England.
In particular the post holder will provide and coordinate administrative services relating to the receiving and cataloguing of medical records and the preparation of cases for redaction alongside other duties as and when is necessary for the Senior Programme Manager.


Responsibilities:
-Taking calls and messages for departments
-Completing general admin duties; Filing, Photocopying, faxing, sorting
-Supporting teams in project management
-Inputting, monitoring and checking data produced and required for on-going programmes and projects
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ordering stationary and consumables for the department
- Assisting in the collation of information, including reports to the board and senior management
- Developing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
- Preparing agendas and taking minutes
-Providing guidance and advice on relevant policies and procedures


Experience required:
-Significant administrative/secretarial experience, including initiating and maintaining office systems
-demonstrable experience in dealing with with customers/stakeholders and dealing with sensitive and confidential information
-Intermediate knowledge off IT systems and software programmes such as; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
-Project experience is desirable but not essential for the role
-Clear communicator, with excellent writing, data entry and presentation skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced, busy working environment and ability to multi-task
