Job Description

We're working with a well established market leading company, looking for a Field Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

You'll be joining a company who pride themselves on their consultative approach to the customer, providing an outstanding customer journey and securing trusted repeat business.

As a Project Coordinator you will act as a focal point of contact for your customers, ensuring all build projects run smoothly from start to finish.

This is a field and desk based role, spending 2/3 days per week on client and site visits throughout the UK. After your probationary period a company car/car allowance laptop and phone will be provided.

The role will begin with in depth product training and on the job shadowing of other project coordinators. You'll be fully trained on the products and services your company provides to ensure you're giving customers the best options.

When fully trained a day in the life of a project coordinator will include:

  • 2/3 days out on client and site visits: After the customer has expressed interest, you'll arrange a site visit with them. Visiting them on site to talk through the products and creating a bespoke plan on site. This will involve taking accurate measurements for take offs.
  • The onsite design team will then bring your idea to life, providing you with a bespoke plan and quotation for the customer. You'll liaise with them until their design is fully realised, being on hand to take amendments and make sure the requirements of the customer are fully realised.
  • After the order has been processed you'll then be the point of contact for customers during the manufacture and fit out ensuring the project runs smoothly.
  • After this you'll make additional site visits and provide aftercare support if required.

We're looking for a customer focused candidate for this role, you'll need to have previous experience building and establishing strong relationships with customers.
