Brook Street have engaged with one of the largest unions and professional bodies to recruit a Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a unique 6 month project from the comfort of your own home.
As the project coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a membership support and engagement programme. You will ensure the project is completed in time, to budget and to the highest of standard.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
"Collaborate with the project team to ensure an effective schedule is planned and delivered.
"Complete project reports and advise Director of progress.
"Prepare progress reports in line with portfolio of work activity and update all associated documentation.
"Highlight personal development needs to achieve high levels of performance.
"Provide assistance to the finance team to ensure that accurate financial records are maintained for the project
"Support the Associate Director and project leads to ensure the KPI's are completed in accordance with the RCN Group Strategic Plan, Council Priorities and agreed funding and accountability, and governance mechanisms.
"Respond to all enquiries relating to the project, liaising with external stakeholders as required and working with internal departments to ensure coordination and good communication.
