Job Description

Our client is looking for project coordinator to support the CEO. This is a full time 3 to 6 months. You will be based in the office located in Luton.

Successful candidates will have previous experience in managing projects from start to end.

Liaising with customers and clients to provide updates on delivery commitments
Uploading new data to the system, contacting customers to arrange access to being able to carry out the work.
Accountable for the day to day management.
Conducting research and providing cost effectively service solutions
Developing relationships with internal and external management teams.
To ensure the accurate completion of all documentation required to report.
Providing relevant reports and updates as requested.
Ensuring all work is accounted for and updates are received by the end of the day.
Support team with other day to day duties.

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:
o The ability to multitask, to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail o Logical and methodical.
o Team player with the ability to work alone.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal o Highly skilled in Microsoft IT packages (Word / Excel / Email etc.)
o Proven track record of good organisational skills, including managing workload effectively o Flexible with working hours.

Experience working in a similar role.

You will offered £25k- £30k depends on experience (Prorated)
