Project Coordinator

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Project Coordinator. This is a contract role based in London for 30th June 2020.
As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, and an excellent subsidised restaurant.
Salary: Up to £51,840 plus 5% end of contract bonus per annum depending on skills and experience
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Complex calendar management
- Update Tools with Project Status
- Complex and frequently changing travel logistics and expense reporting
- Teams and OneNote creation/management
- Procurement and management of supplies, hardware and assets
- End to End new employee set up, equipment management and headcount management
- Ensure compliance of operational policies and procedures
- Coordinate other projects as assigned
- Morale event planning and organisation
Project Coordinator Requirements:
- Relevant experience supporting managers and teams
- Comfortable in operating in ambiguous environment
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Ability to responsibly work with highly confidential data
- Proficient use of MS Office: Power Point, Excel, Word
- Complex calendar management experience
