My client is a growing and developing MSP, a remote first working company. This role will be focused around on prestigious client based in London.

The Role
An experienced Project Delivery Manager to be responsible for the delivery of additional product features and the efficiency and effectiveness of the product delivery process

Key Responsibilities

" Manage and run all agile delivery meetings including Stand-ups, Backlog grooming, Sprint planning and retrospectives
"
" Ensure engineering team is self-organising, engaged, motivated and part of the agile delivery process

" Ensure detailed capture of technical work items on the product backlog and ensure they are estimated with agreed acceptance criteria

Work with management team to prioritise all backlog items and communicate the progress of these items as applicable

" Manage the production of all technical documentation
"
" Create, schedule organise and run the product delivery process presentation as well as scheduling and managing show & tells
"
" Liaise with project teams on the progress of product feature improvements and communicate the product delivery process to clients as necessary
"
" Produce and distribute sprint notes and sprint plan

" Line manage engineering team
"
The successful candidate will have:-

" Good understanding of industry best practice

" A passion for new technology (IT) and automation, and running on-premise infrastructure

" Good knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices

" Great collaboration skills with people of all levels of technical ability
"
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
"
" Management experience

" Strong Project Management experience and qualifications
