Project Design Co-Ordinator

Do you come from a background using 2D & 3D drawing packages?
Do you have a background and completed a level 3 qualification in Engineering, ICT or construction planning?
Are you self motivated an able to work to deadlines?

You will be working in a small and friendly hardworking team to review specifications, drawings and other sources of information to improve designs and specify components for large project`s in the construction and IT industry. This will include compiling the information and working with other to present the best solutions to any issues that may arise. Typical areas of works include Door entry, Access control, MATV (Master Antenna Television), Landlords and CCTV systems. Your work will directly influence the company`s projects and construction efforts.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Read drawings
* Read specifications
* Understand new technologies and applications
* Work with Equipment lists to produce quotes
* Take a client brief and producing drawings and specifications to meet their needs
* Understanding of current projects and their requirements
Qualifications

*Has experience using drawing packages 2D and 3D (Auto-cad is preferred)
*Has completed a Level 3 qualification in a relevant Field e.g. engineering, ICT, construction planning.
*Has a reasonable degree of ICT literacy
*Has a minimum 2 years` experience working in industry
*Able to work independently as well as in a team
*Able to work under deadline pressure
*High level of self-motivation
