Job Description

You will be supporting the Project Management Team ensuring the company delivers a first class client service and high quality working environment

In terms of your responsibilities, these will include:
Carry out research as part of the planning of projects
Logging and tracking project plans and documentation ensuring high standards in the delivery of projects
Reporting on successes and preparing weekly and monthly reports
Coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring an accurate audit trail of all documents and key decisions


What you will need:
A creative approach to new ideas and the ability to challenge existing processes, policies and procedures for the benefit of the company
A full personal commitment in terms of time and effort needed to deliver the accountabilities of the role


Good IT skills are important (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
