This is an exciting role for anyone who wants to expand their PM expertise; you will be working on IT, Business and Transformation projects so will have invaluable exposure to all aspects of Project Management.

You will be trained by experts who will ensure that your development continues until you have mastered all disciplines involved.

You will be working to ensure end-to-end delivery of several projects across the business through working with project teams and key stakeholders and must have the tenacity to drive results, the confidence to communicate and control stakeholders and the organisational skills to be able to bring hit deadlines.

We would be looking for some evidence of leading small projects from end to end and you must be confident to discuss your methodology at interview.

What is more important than years of experience is your attitude towards this pressurised role. You will be pro-active, interactive and happy to take the lead.

A flexible approach is necessary; you will be combining working from home, working in the office and visiting partner sites so your own transport is also needed.

You will be skilled in MS Products and if you have a qualification like PRINCE 2 or AGILE it would be an advantage but what is more important is your desire to learn and help to drive change at a very exciting time.

In return you can expect to receive a salary up to 35,000 depending on experience, opportunities to develop within the business, plus 33 days' holiday including bank holidays plus long-service increase.
