Project Manager
Thames Valley Park, Reading
Contract is until June 2019 initially

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a EMEA Regional Project Manager. This is a contract role based in Reading until 30th June 2019, with a review to possibly extend for the full 18 months.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: £74,800 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits

Job Description
This role will be responsible for coordinating & working closely with Sub Regional Project Managers working with the Channel & Device Marketing Team in EMEA and Corporate HQ to clearly understand & regularly communicate status updates to regional and worldwide stakeholders. With milestones and deadlines out outcomes for this project, the role requires a driven individual with 100% focus on the details to ensure excellence, who is confident to manage complexity.

Responsibilities
A typical day as Regional Project Manager will involve you coordinating across 5 Sub Regions, including but not limited to the following:
" Manage the communication of regional status v's key project milestones, expectations, and updates to all relevant stakeholders, including Regional and Corporate Channel & Device marketing teams, Trade teams, external agencies and suppliers, and key OEM and retail partners.
" Key point of contact for production and shipping agencies across EMEA
" Production forecast and delivery management including communication of final orders and any customisation required
" Oversee production of localised installation and execution guides for each market
" Understand retailer and consumer demographics and trends in each market
" Support site layout and field landing execution of fixture deployment.
" Support all field team escalations on a weekly basis with a response service level agreement of 3 work days until resolution.

Schedule: align to rhythm which meets with different EMEA time zones and working with the US. Will regularly be required to work evenings to align with Corporate time zones.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
" Project Management (detail orientated & excellent at managing milestones) and Communication skills (simplifying the complex for a wider audience).
" Solution orientated, focused on delivering the end results with strong influencing skills
" Knows / understands retail detail (logistics, fixtures, warehousing, operational hours and 'shut down' timings)

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
" Marketing/Business Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
" Self-starter, dynamic, personable and comfortable with ambiguity; works well under pressure and deadlines
" Creative problem solver with strong customer/partner facing experience
" Min 8-10 years + relevant experience in Retail/Channel Marketing/Marketing/Retail Sales/Retail operations/ Customer facing PM or Account Manager
" Proven track record in supporting customer's during a global product or service launch - ideally with Consumer Technology products
" Executive & Intercultural communication skills
" Experience in retail operations / merchandising / logistics / installations, resolution management and support
" Cross group collaboration
" Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, OneNote, SharePoint (other relevant project management software)
" Superb communication skills and English language fluency
