Our client a well established technology company based in Cardiff is looking for a Project Services Co-ordinator to assist the Project Services Managers to plan and manage the resources for client projects.
You will be:
Planning the cabling and equipment installations at customer sites.
Coordinating site meetings throughout the project and maintain the project calendar log
Planning, allocating and controlling the project resource and be the main point of contact liaising with sub-contract engineers.
Purchasing all necessary equipment and arrange deliveries.
You will need strong planning and organisational skills with experience of coordinating projects and liaising with 3rd party suppliers and sub-contractors.
You will need to have strong communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills plus a first class rapport builder.
The hours are 9am - 5.30pm with a wide benefits package including onsite parking.
