Our client based in the Rumney area of Cardiff is looking for a Projects Service Coordinator.
This will be a home based and office based role.
The role is to assist the Project Services Managers to plan and manage the resources for client projects and to assist with the administration of the team.
Maintain and update project calendar to ensure an accurate picture of projects is available at all times.
Maintain the projects log.
Liaise with customers to ensure open communication and ensure their needs are met.
To plan, allocate and control project resources.
To be the point of contact for sub-contract engineers.
To assist the Senior Project Manager in leading the project services administration.
You should have strong planning and organisational skills along with strong communication skills.
Experience of co-ordinating projects and liaising with 3rd party suppliers and subcontractors.
