Project Support Administrator - Temporary - PR26

£10.29 - £12.35 dependent upon experience

37.50 hours


Duties include:

" Receive and manage incoming communications on behalf of the team
" Liaise with other internal and external personnel, plus other 3rd parties including supplier executives
" Resolve queries independently, professionally and efficiently, only deferring to manager when necessary
" Liaise with key stakeholders assisting with the development of new or existing projects
" Collate related documentation or other resources (e.g. presentation material) ready for meetings and other appointments
" Be responsible for recording meetings and transcribing minutes accurately and within agreed timescale as necessary

" Ensure the team is regularly updated about new diary commitments, issues and outstanding priorities
" To participate in the induction of new staff, as appropriate i.e. department procedures, photocopiers/fax machine, and support the development of less experienced administrative staff in skills appropriate to their role when necessary
" Take an active part in organisational personal development review process, developing knowledge of individual requirements needed in order to meet KSF post outline
" Manage the time and resources available day to day to ensure training and development
