We are currently seeking a Project Support Administrator to support the Programme Management Team. This role will involve a large scale of administration tasks so excellent attention to detail will be needed.
To provide administrative support for the Programme Management team.
Organise project meetings: prepare the agenda, circulate papers, take minutes and ensure action points are taken forward and decisions recorded.
Arrange travel and accommodation for Programme Managers, workstream leads and project managers as required.
Assist in managing the Programme Management Office mailboxes.
To provide support on the upkeep of key project documentation.
To support the drafting of any necessary project documents or papers as directed.
To provide other ad-hoc project administrative duties as required.
Answer telephone enquiries and act as a first point of contact for the Programme Management Office.
To contribute as a team member to the development of the Programme Management Office.
Some travel may be required within the role.
Excellent administration and communication skills.
Experience and confidence with minute taking skills.
A professional, organised and with a can do attitude.
