Job Description

Project Support Officer- Environment Agency

Temporary position

Location- Leeds (Home working)

Salary- £12.08

Hours- 37 per week- Flexible working available

The Temporary Worker will provide administrative project support. He or she will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report

- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes as part of a project team

- Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required

- Acting as a administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources

- Preparing routine correspondence

Typical qualifications and experience:

- Five GCSEs at Grade C/Level 4 or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)

- Administrative experience is essential and project experience is desirable

- Good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office, Office365, MS Teams

- Good communication skills, both oral and written
