As a project support worker, you will supporting individuals to live independently and make good decisions, supporting them to carry out tenancy responsibilities, support them with all aspects of daily living skills. You will support with learning life skills such as budgeting, employment and further education. You will adhere to company policies and procedures and relevant legislation.

Ideally, you will be an open minded and resilient individual who is not easily phased and non judgemental. You will be keen to make a difference and have a positive attitude with strong values and behaviours.

To be considered for the role, ideally you will have a background with dealing with mental health and learning disabilities and experience with working in a similar setting. Ideally have a background within forensics also.
