Job Description

Our client, a global organisation based on the outskirts of Leeds is currently looking for a Project Support candidate to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or strong administrator to join a company who can offer clear paths of progression to management level.

Within Project Support you will provide specialised support to the Group Account Manager. Providing information and liaising directly with the Account Manager and Client.

Project management for process documentation forms a large part of the role; you'll create documentation and ensure POS documentation is in place. Monitoring the process of programme set ups and flagging issues, ensuring they're resolved in a timely fashion.

Liaising directly with the sales and customer service team you'll take feedback regarding processes and use your influence to ensure the correct procedures are being followed. This will include meetings with the customer service team to train on any additional/new processes.

Alongside project work you'll undertake daily/weekly/monthly and adhoc reporting for the company; manipulating large amounts of data using Excel and internal programmes and using this information to create presentations for the Group Account Manager.

Working for one large client you'll be on hand to support them directly in the absence of the Group Manager, liaising directly with the client.

Accompanying the Group Manager to client visits and aiding presentations, you'll need to be confident liaising with people at all levels and have clear communication skills.
