We are looking for a passionate, committed and highly skilled person to join our amazing team as a Project worker providing high quality support to young people in a safe and friendly environment. Could this be you?.

This large organisation provides supported accommodation to young people aged 16-24 at the base in Preston. The service aims to provide young people with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed for independent living. The young people who live in the accommodation are from a range of backgrounds and are often either in the process of Leaving Care or have experienced homelessness. The company`s mission to provide a safe, friendly and appropriate environment where young people are supported, enabled and empowered to prepare for independent living.

This post is 37 hours a week on a rota basis. There are 17 service users at the service based in Preston supported by 6 team members

The ideal candidate must have experience in working with young people with complex needs. Good IT skills a team player. mandatory training provided / Pension pay review and DBS paid for.
Ideally, we would like for you to have experience within a similar post and all relevant qualifications for working with young people in a care setting.
