BS Social Care has over 20 years experience in providing staff to the health and social care sector. We are well known for the quality of staff we provide to our clients and the positive working relationships we have with our employees.

We are looking for experienced Hostel workers to join our temp workforce to work in the Chester area in a Homeless Hostel. If you are in between roles or looking for experience to build up your portfolio then this position will provide you with the flexibility to do just that!

In this role you will be expected to provide a polite and courteous service, adhere to safeguarding procedures and be familiar with procedures in the local area. You will be enthusiastic and willing to learn and complete and raining necessary for the role. You will promote equality and diversity in all areas of work and be vigilant when completing and relevant paper work to the company standard. In return we are offering you an opportunity give back to those in need in the local community.

To be successful in this role you will be a friendly, confident and outgoing individual with emotional intelligence who can empathise with others.

You will need recent experience of working in a similar role or in a hostel environment and have a drive to expand your knowledge and experience in this sector.

The pay rate for this role is £9.50 per hour and the benefits would include double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, flexibility, reward and recognition including temp of the month awards and 24 hour support from our friendly consultants 365 days a year.
