Recovery Coordinator / Project Worker

We are recruiting Project Workers across the Teeside area. You will have previous experience working with service users with complex issues such as homelessness, involvement in the criminal justice system, MH recovery, but in particular substance misuse.

You will be taking referrals, assessing service users and care/action planning. Motivating and enabling service users to change is key, as is risk assessing and reducing risk through robust risk plans and delivering harm minimisation.

BS Social Care offers flexible working within services across this sector, both days and nights. BS Social Care offer: offering £10 an hour on a flexible basis, pension, holiday allowance and training.
