Are you an experienced hostel worker looking for flexible work in the Cheshire West and Chester areas? If so then WE NEED YOU!

We are looking for experienced and motivated Hostel workers with flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. This opportunity is to join our temporary staff team to work in a homeless hostel in Chester. If you are in between roles or looking for experience to build up your portfolio then this position will provide you with the flexibility to do just that!

The role includes updating daily logs, emotional support and guidance to residents, assisting with medications, budgeting and room checking.

To be successful in this role you will be a friendly, confident and outgoing individual with emotional intelligence who can empathise with others. You will be a decision maker who can take control of situations and problem solve effectively.

You will need recent experience of working in a similar role or in a hostel environment and have a drive to expand your knowledge and experience in this sector. An understanding of drug and alcohol and mental health problems is essential.

The pay rate for this role is £9.50 per hour and the benefits would include double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, flexibility, reward and recognition including temp of the month awards and 24 hour support from our friendly consultants 365 days a year.
