Job Role: Project Worker
Location: Newhaven/Eastbourne

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Worker to support young mothers in a supported housing environment You will be working between the two services in Newhaven and Eastbourne. This role will include on call and front of house duties. Hours include weekdays and weekends.

The ideal candidate will:
have a minimum of 6 months experience within social care
be professional and hard working
able to travel to both sites
