We at BS Social Care are delighted to offer a fantastic position for one of our valued clients based in Burnley

Homeless project for 30 bedded service for adults who present with a homeless issue, they may have addiction issues and present with mental health issues incl schizophrenia and bipolar, personality disorder or chaotic backgrounds. this service is person centred and solution focused and help the residents to build resilience and develop their strengths. the role of the Night worker will be to provide security support, welfare checks and provide a safe environment. no direct support needed but may need to de-escalate in certain situations and be a quick thinker, deal with complex needs and be able to discuss with the residents where needed. they will work with one of the other night workers and will be based in the office and do regular checks.

You will ideally have experience with Mental Health homeless and support on a day to day basis.

Qualifications are not essential, but knowledge of safeguarding is required and Mental Health
