Brook Street is looking for a Property Administrator to join a reputable and expanding Estate Agents based in Finchley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business on an exciting growth journey. As a Property Administrator you will be providing support to 3 branches, most departments and supporting the colleagues.
" Deal with customer enquiries effectively
" Oversea keys and complete weekly key audit
" Answer all incoming communication
" Process and preparing valuations
" Process instructions and arrange marketing of properties and boards (sales and lettings)
" All office admin
" Update office windows and sales drawers
" Produce activity reports
" Prepare canvassing material
" Update company website, blogs and social media.
" Update relevant departments and manager of work progress
" Escalate queries outside of own authority level promptly.
" Support sales and lettings team as and when needed.
" Any other duties requested by manager or Directors.
The ideal candidate would have at least 1-year experience within a similar Property Administrator / Commercial Property / Residential Property / Lettings / Estate Agent / Lettings Administrator role.
