Job Description

Our Client in Penarth is looking for a dynamic administrator to join the team. It is a busy and varied role that requires a professional and confident individual. You will be working closely with the Managing Director and will require excellent communication skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the property and accounts teams
  • Handling telephone and email queries
  • Logging issues and working closely with the property team to ensure resolution
  • Processing works orders
  • Liaising with contractors, clients and leaseholders
  • Managing and administration of the sales pack process
  • Liaising with solicitors
  • Checking leases for clauses relevant to queries
  • Keeping systems updated
  • Managing mailboxes
  • Monitoring of compliance documentation to ensure all records kept up to date

You will be:

  • Punctual with strong time management skills
  • Highly organised and always looking for efficient working practices
  • A positive can-do problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills - especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • A professional, confident and clear communicator
