Job Description

Property Administrator

I am recruiting for a well-established client in Coventry who requires a Property Administrator to join their team with immediate effect.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and the salary is up to £18,000.

As the Property Administrator you will support the Manager with a portfolio of developments and flats within the Warwickshire area.

For this role excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with several different people over the phone and via email including the Property Manager.

The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
A strong administration background
Knowledge of property
Good customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner
Block management knowledge is highly desirable however not essential as full training will be given


Main responsibilities include:
Dealing with visitors to the office along with handling incoming phone calls
Completing paperwork
Making sure accounts are up to date and renewing where applicable
Liaising with contractors, clients, lessees, advisers and colleagues where needed.
Assisting with annual budgets and inputting data and payments into the system.
