Do you have property and lettings experience? Are you comfortable handling collections and liaising, when necessary, with tenants out of hours?
If so, this is the perfect role for you. You will follow the full property process in this role - assisting viewings if need be and inspection of property on the owner's behalf and preparing inventory and then using the report to chase payment for any damages.

A competitive basic salary ranging between £18,000-£20,000 per annum.

Local car parking facilities outside the client's main office.
Working hours ranging between Mon-Sat however there is a need to be able to be flexible out of hours when liaising with tenants.
Day to day duties in this role include:
Check In/Check Out with tenants
Chasing rent and pursuing any rent arrears.
Attending open houses/show apartment launches/marketing events.
Assisting contractors and arranging quotes.
Sending letters/warnings and rules to tenants - then escalate to serving notices as and when required.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills, experience and qualities.
MUST have your own vehicle and a driving licence as visiting properties will be an integral part of this role.
At least 1-2 years property experience - ideally within a lettings and collections focused role.
Be comfortable in sending letters, warnings and rules to tenants and be comfortable escalating this further due to the severity of any unpaid tenants.
