If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's new office in the Runcorn area, you will be expected to have 1-2 years experience in a property focused role and be confident in viewings, applications and the key communication aspects of a property role.

A competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum.
Workings hours across a Mon-Fri basis however some weekends would be expected to be made flexible (day off in the week to ensure 5 working days out of 7 if required).

Day to day duties in this role will include:
Assisting with all property viewings.
Handling all new applications from to a start to end process.
Collecting relevant data and updating this onto the company's inhouse data system.
Handling references and all paperwork for new applications.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
Have a full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - this is essential based on the travel involved to and from property viewings.
1-2 years experience within a property focused role.
It would also be ideal for the right candidate to live locally to the Runcorn area based on the 10 mile radius of areas you'll be expected to cover within property.
