Job Description

Do you have a keen interest in the Property industry? Are you a hard-working, ambitious and driven individual? We are searching for a vibrant candidate who is prepared to hit the ground running in the business.
Please be aware when applying for this position that property management/assistance is NOT essential as full on the job training will be provided.
Our client is looking to offer the opportunity to work directly with the property director to gain a full insight of the role in terms of your day-to-day duties which will include:
Communicating with tenants
Completing information of in-house repair software
Referencing new clients and chasing the respective parties to complete
Helping to run open houses, (dressing properties for photos) and marketing properties.
Assisting to run diaries
No experience of property is required as this will be a learn on the job position.
