We are recruiting for a well-established facility management company in Coventry who is looking for a Property Administrator to join their team.
Working hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm with a salary range of £18000- £20000 depending on experience.
Working alongside the manager you will be supporting them with administration relating to a collection of developments, flats and houses in the Warwickshire area.
- Strong Computer Skills
- Telephone and Email experience
- Organisational skills
- Liaising with contractors, lessees, clients and colleagues
- Keeping up to date logs on accounts and renewing where applicable
- Previous knowledge of property- desirable
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
An Ideal candidate would have previous Block Management experience - this is desirable not essential
