Job title: Property Maintenance Coordinator
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm and Every Second Saturday 9:30am - 12:30pm

My client is the Region`s leading residential letting and property management company. They are currently recruiting for a Property Maintenance Coordinator to join their busy Cheltenham office to ensure issues arising in managed properties are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Property Maintenance Coordinator responsibilities:
" Liaising with tenants and landlords when maintenance issues arise, to identify actions required and coordinate fixtures
" Instruct contractors for work required, dealing with quotes for repairs
" Deal with insurance claims and keep gas safety certificates up to date
" Sign off contractors' invoices and ensure properties are kept in a safe, suitable and liveable condition
" General property administration
Property Maintenance Coordinator desired Skills and Experience:
" You must be organised and an efficient problem solver who is confident at working to deadlines
" You must be flexible and possess exceptional customer service skills
" Strong IT, negotiating and communications skills
" Excellent telephone skills and the ability to multi-task
" Experience of property maintenance is advantageous but not essential
The Property Maintenance Coordinator position offers a basic salary circa £17,500 plus inclusion into the branch commission scheme and additional company benefits.
