Are you an experienced administrator with a minimum or 1-2 years experience?

The Role:
Property Executive/Administrator

The client is currently recruiting for a strong administrator to join their New Build and Social Housing Team, based in our Nottingham office.
Candidates should have significant administrative experience (minimum 1-2 Years) . Candidates will be supporting the administrative processes involved in New Build and Social Housing purchases and sales. Experience within a similar environment is advantageous.
Candidates should be able to display;
- A meticulous attention to detail.
- An ability to be able to successfully prioritise during very busy periods of work.
- Be able to professionally communicate with internal and external clients.
- Strong skills with regards to Microsoft Office Packages and Case Management systems.
The successful candidate will work as part of a large, successful team acting for national, regional and local housing developers and will be expected to deal with all aspects of residential plot sales and part exchange purchases.

Hours of work: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30
