Property Inspector/ Office Administrator

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Property Inspector role based in Southend area to join a well establish client of ours.

Are you a driven individual happy to work in a fast environment? Have admin experience?

Happy to work a Saturday for 4 hours?

Job Description;
Within this role you will be working independently going out of the office most of the time and doing inspections and viewings. You will need to be confident with meeting new people and organised, as you will be managing your own diary.
Please see below your day to day duties:
" A lot of time spent away/out of office on appointments
" Liaising with Tenants, Landlords & Workmen
" Office Administration Duties
" Diary Management
" Data Input
" Filing, Faxing, Scanning
" Supporting Current Office Staff
" Problem resolving

Key Skills/Requirements;
" Self-Motivated
" Being able to work independently and within a team
" Full UK Driving Licence
" Own vehicle (Company car is available)
" Confident, but professional
" Approachable & friendly
" Confident Microsoft Office packages

Hours/Day;
" 4 weekdays - Monday to Friday (preferred Tuesday to Friday, but flexible on this) 9am - 5pm
" Saturdays (MUST) - 4 hours

Benefits:
- Use of company vehicle
- Flexible with some working days
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Wage;
£18,000.00 pa
