I am currently working with a leading property company in the Liverpool City Centre that are requiring a Property Lettings Agent to join their team.

Day to day duties in this role include:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Delivering fantastic customer service to both Landlords and Tenants
Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and customers are kept up to date
Reviewing property visit reports and checking out reports before releasing the deposit
Ensuring that all property is compliant with relevant legislation
Working closely with other Departments and Pre-Tenancy Administrators to ensure a fast moving process.
Updating their system and maintaining the integrity of the data

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have:

Property experience - ideally in lettings.

Own a full, clean UK driving licence.
