Job Description
An exciting permanent opportunity is available within the housing & property sector in South Wales, working from their growing Cardiff office.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance of properties
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone, email and face to face
- Source, manage and negotiate with external Contractors
- Liaise with Landlords and Tenants when instructing maintenance works
- Ensure all managed stock have in-date EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates, etc and organise renewals
- Keep up to date and inform higher management of legislation changes
You must have/be:
- At least one year's experience in a similar role, preferably within a housing association or lettings agency
- Computer literate (especially Excel and database software)
- Strong communication skills
- Hold a full, clean driving licence (essential) as you will be driving company vehicles
- Saturdays are included within the role based on a rota system
