Property Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description

An exciting permanent opportunity is available within the housing & property sector in South Wales, working from their growing Cardiff office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintenance of properties
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone, email and face to face
  • Source, manage and negotiate with external Contractors
  • Liaise with Landlords and Tenants when instructing maintenance works
  • Ensure all managed stock have in-date EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates, etc and organise renewals
  • Keep up to date and inform higher management of legislation changes

You must have/be:

  • At least one year's experience in a similar role, preferably within a housing association or lettings agency
  • Computer literate (especially Excel and database software)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence (essential) as you will be driving company vehicles
  • Saturdays are included within the role based on a rota system
