My client is looking for a confident and approachable person to work within a new team of people in the Property and Maintenance department. The Property Coordinator is an exciting new role who will be responsible for the delivery of an effective property compliance, maintenance and repairs service on behalf of my clients residential and commercial premises. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring that the projects meets all statutory and regulatory compliance in the maintenance and improvement of its properties and will manage the performance of contractors.

" Background in Property Maintenance Admin
" Health and Safety regulations knowledge in a building/property environment
" Knowledge of building maintenance and associated risks and compliance issues
" A Car driver as you will be required at times to attended different sites within in Herts, Beds and Bucks
" Strong Admin skills
" Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
