Job Description

We're really busy and need somebody to join our team! We're a Domestic Property Services company and we want to join us as our new Property Maintenance Handyman.
Based in South Wimbledon we cover a range of services for Domestic Properties including Electrical, Heating, Gardens, Kitchens and Bathrooms, Painting and Decorating along with full Refurbishing Projects.
Your new role will be on the road carrying out a varied number of jobs. You will be getting stuck in when it comes to basic Plumbing, Electrics and Carpentry tasks. We work in every room of the property, so it could be rolling your sleeves up sorting pipes under kitchen sink, sorting a new shower head or hanging a bedroom door.
We get involved in full refurbs, so you'll be taking on some exciting new projects as well and its why we're really after somebody with a wide range of experience.
We'll provide you with a company vehicle and you will have access to a company credit card for picking up those important parts for carrying out your daily jobs.
No need to always head into the office every morning, we provide you with a tablet device and software that loads up your job list plenty of time before giving you a heads up and the ability to plan your days.
We've got a great team here consisting of permanent staff and trusted regular subbies so if there is a job that requires some extra man power we're covered there!
In terms of you…… We want a candidate with confidence, a candidate who can take on a job and see it through. There is a fair bit of driving around a large part of the London area so somebody who is confident on the road is a must.
