Brook Street are proud to be working with a highly successful Estate Agency client on the outskirts of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
The ideal candidate will have strong admin skills (4 years` +) and accounts experience is essential - including purchase ledger.
The main role of this position will be to support the Regional Lettings Manager with day to day administration duties including diary management, corresponding with clients via telephone and email therefore good communication skills are a must.
You will be managing a portfolio of 100 rental properties and must have your own transport to support with visits when required. You must be a well-presented individual with a thirst for success.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with every other Saturday 9am-4pm.
Salary: 20k+ DoE
