Our Newcastle based client is looking for a dynamic, customer focused individual to join their busy Property Management department.
This is a full time permanent role and offers a salary of up to £20,000 per annum
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of managed properties from the point of move in to the deposit release and everything in between including dealing with repair and maintenance issues, organising safety certificates, check ins, check outs, inventories, property inspections and general landlord and tenant customer service.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Knowledge and understanding of all HMO regulations, lettings laws and legislation.
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle
- Experience and knowledge of Property Management or the Lettings Industry.
Due to the nature of the role you will be required to take out of hours calls on a shift rota basis to deal with any emergency situations that may occur.
