Our client are looking for an experienced Property Manager to add to their successful independent innovative letting, and property management agency. This property manager will be working on a portfolio of 70-100 properties.

The employer is a successful and innovative property/lettings management agency who due to their recent successes and budding business are looking to their team. They work in a wonderful contemporary office.

You will be joining an exciting team looking to expand and employ a determined and eager property manager. This opportunity is not one to be missed out on!

Exemplary admin skills are essential for this role. You also need to hold a full clean driving licence and access to your own car.

£20,000-£21,000 is the annual salary for this Property Manager role. The role includes 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Ideally previous experience of property management would be advantageous, but training will be given as part of a 13 week probationary period.
