Brook Street are working with a leading student Property Agency to find a Property Manager to work in their busy Southampton office.

As a Property Manager will run the day to day management of a 240-property portfolio. You will be expected to provide exceptional personal service to our tenants on behalf of our one Landlord owner. You will ideally have a genuine interest in property and have the ability to work well within a small team of operations, maintenance and capital projects managers. The Property Manager will also look at scope for devising and presenting strategies to improve current systems. (looking for a thinker and a contributor)

Salary & hours:
" £25 - £30K per annum depending on experience and qualifications
" 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
" Flexibility to work Saturdays during our busy rental period November - End of January
" Mandatory work dates are: 28th, 29th, 30th June and 1st July.

Role specification:
" Involved in recruiting, training and managing additional temporary staff at times during the year
" Responsible for property licence and safety certification renewals
" Management of external contractors
" Oversee all deposit protections, sending of prescribed information, returns and resolving disputes.
" Implement and undertake a programme of property inspections
" Operating a timely complaint and query resolution service
" Must have a full driver's license
