Job Description

Do you have property management experience or a desire to work within property management? Would you like to work with a leading property company that have been a specialist in the Liverpool city centre for over twenty years?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Liverpool city centre, you will be expected to deal with a 360 property management role, focusing on the arranging of maintenance on tenanted and vacant properties and liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to resolve maintenance issues as efficiently as possible. You will also be expected to inspect tenanted properties and report conditions to landlords and resolve any issues alongside keeping up to date with legislation.

A competitive basic salary that ranges between £18L,000-£22,000 per annum (OTE opportunities alongside this)
Working hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Day to day duties in this role include:

Maintaining the properties that the company manage by investigating and resolving tenant complaints.
Building up a good and communicative rapport with both landlords and tenants.
Log any issues raised with landlords and then also liaise with the relevant contractors.
Raise work orders - ensuring there is a regular checking on invoices.
Handling all legislation - this can be from arranging gas safeties, EPCs and EICRS and keeping up to date with evolving legislation.

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Either have 1-2 + years in property management, an exposure to property management or a desire to work within property management.
Previous experience of liaising with customers or clients.
Able to handle and show key communication skills on a day to day basis.
